I love food court Teriyaki Chicken. I really, really do.
So, when I was searching for make-ahead freezer meals and found a recipe for a Teriyaki marinade, I knew I had to give it a shot.
I froze 3 chicken thighs in the marinade. When the time came to cook it, I seared the chicken on the stove, then poured in the marinade into the pan to let it soak into the chicken and thicken into a gooey brown sauce.
The meat pulls right off the bone and goes great with rice and a side of stir fry veggies!
