A couple of weeks ago, I posted some tips for Prep Ahead Freezer Ideas and included some chicken marinade recipes to freeze and store for later.
The first one that we decided to try out was the Herb Wine Chicken. All I had to do was defrost my freezer packet, pour the contents into a glass casserole dish, and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
You don’t have to limit yourself to baking, though. Feel free to saute, grill, etc.
